There comes a time in everyone’s life when normality feels like such a drag that your pent-up aggression needs a vent or you might just combust. It is in these times of need that we turn to the untameable spirit of ROCK & ROLL.

Remember, it’s far better to burn out than fade away, so get all your mates together and draw for your SingStar to see who’s inner rock demon burns brightest. Headbang to Blur’s Song 2, gyrate suggestively like a Rolling Stone and scream along to Nirvana until your neck veins bulge in an effort to become the biggest rock god in the room.

Wanna really entertain? Throw on some authentic touches by donning your skinniest stonewash jeans, tear some claw marks in that old black T and get smashing up some instruments (or popping inflatable ones). For the ultimate in rock-star clichés, maybe try chucking the TV out the window (just remember to unplug your PlayStation first!) and don’t forget to upload all the carnage to your SingStar profile.
